When you purchase something, you want it as quickly as possible, but when a shipment takes too long to arrive, it may be frustrating. This can happen for a number of reasons.
We recommend that you double-check the tracking information you received for the shipment on a regular basis to ensure that it is correct and up to date. The courier may take a bit longer than expected to update the status. It will also tell you when you can expect your order to arrive, an estimated delivery date.
If you can't find the tracking information or things are taking longer than anticipated, we recommend contacting the seller directly to address the issue.
